Job Description

Recruit and build a team of Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers and help them with training and guidance to effectively promote financial products of Tata Group to individuals and business entities. Assist the team by giving them a growth path and help them achieve their Monthly Goal Sheet by regular follow up. Accompany them in client meetings along with the Sales Managers for a successful execution. Prospecting along with each individual Financial Consultant at the start of the month and identify and mitigate the earning potential.
