Job Description
What is your role going to be
Work to understand key Enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Agreement Express, Aperia, DocuSign, and others
Gather and translate business requirements into user and functional specifications
Assist with training and providing client support across the enterprise systems
Analyze complex business problems and assess how Enterprise Systems can be implemented to solve them
Recommend system changes and enhancements
Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides
Perform functional configuration and maintenance for systems based on changing operational and business needs
Support research, analysis, and development of new concepts and emerging technologies
Support end user requests for new searches, reports, KPI s, and dashboards
Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality based on evolving business needs.
Support vendor integrations and additional third party platforms
Perform other duties as assigned
What are we looking for
5+ years ERP experience
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects, with multiple clients and the pressures of managing to required timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, as well as ability to work autonomously
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong time management skills with ability to juggle simultaneous projects and deadlines
Must be comfortable working with multiple departments and managers
Works well in a collaborative and consensus-oriented team environment
Strong sense of customer focus and the importance of the voice of the customer
Evaluate business/ functional requirements, impact on existing environments and implement solutions using SuiteCloud Developer Framework
Develop features using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) via Development Environment, SuiteCloud IDE
WebServices - SOAP, REST
User Event & Suitelets (Server side)
Client Side
Scheduling
Change Management using Target Process and GitHub. Utilising SuiteTalk for building an automated Test Suite
System Integration Management using Dell Boomi platform
Mapping between records in NetSuite to SalesForce and NetSuite and Onboarding External Systems
Hold a third level qualification in a relative discipline, (Computers, IT, Business etc.) or equivalent work experience
2 Year+ Experience in Java/Java Script
Have a desire to be part of a team with a passion for learning System Integration through NetSuite
Detailed understanding of common business practices related to Accounting, Sales Cycle,Purchase Cycle, Quote-to-Cash (including billing, revenue management, subscription software, professional services, purchasing and fulfillment)

Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
Experience with NetSuite administration, workflows, saved searches and customizations
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
- Typically minimum of 4 years - Professional Experience In Coding, Designing, Developing And Analyzing Data. Typically has an advanced knowledge and use of one or more front / back end languages / technologies and a moderate understanding of the other corresponding end language / technology from the following but not limited to; t wo or more modern programming languages used in the enterprise, e xperience working with various APIs, external Services, e xperience with both relational and NoSQL Databases.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
- 6+ years professional Experience In Coding, Designing, Developing And Analyzing Data and experience with IBM Rational Tools
