Lead / Senior Software Engineer @ EKS InTec

Your Job

• New product design, development, testing and optimization of Machine Vision applications like gauging, position and quality control
• Analyze requirements and create a robust, modular and reusable software designarchitecture that fulfills requirements
• Design, use or adapt existing image processing algorithms
• Ensure quality assurance and document requirements, best practices, software design and architecture
• Support product management and service teams in answering customer requests related to the software and solving customer issues
• Report project status in terms of quality, budget and timeline

• Qualifications

  Bachelor or Masters or PhD degree in Electrical or Electronics or Computer Science or related degree from a reputed Engineering college

  Experiences

  Around 3 - 15 years

  Basic

  • Self motivated individual with abilities to provide innovative solutions
  • Ownership and passion for new product design and development
  • Fundamental knowledge of sensors, illumination and optical considerations for industrial image processing applications
  • Proficient knowledge of image processing algorithms (Computer Vision, Signal processing) and their practical experiences using C orand C++(OOAD) and multi - thread applications
  • Experiences with image processing libraries (like Halcon, Matrox, Cognex, NI, OpenCV )
  •

    • Practical experiences with systemsoftware architectures and software development life cycle processes
    • Collaborating and communicating with cross - cultural and cross - functional teams
    • Exposure to one or more manufacturing industries (like Automotive, Medical, Aerospace ) in a production environment
