Job Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Shift timings: 10:30 am- 7:30 pm or 1:30 pm 10:30 pm

IT Healthcare R&D shapes the digitization of Healthcare R&D by delivering new IT solutions for Healthcare R&D functions. We are globally represented in Germany, USA and India and are working in a highly regulated environment and compliance is mandatory for both project and service delivery. We have established a Center of Excellence for Validation, Qualification, and Testing and are looking for a Testing Lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum B.Sc. Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent

• Overall 7-10years experience in testing

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Stake holder management/client handling experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in Pharmaceutical area
  (i.e. Validation / Testing / Project management)

• In depth knowledge of and experience with Computer System Testing and SDLC process

• Working experience with testing tools (HPALM / UFT, Load testing, etc)

• Intercultural experience andexcellent communication skills
