Job Description:

The Individual will be a part of Shared Technology Services (STS) providing Java based solutions to multiple lines of business. He/she will act as a consultant to the projects by providing best practices and offering solution accelerators for the projects and collaborate with the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in Process improvements and automations

• Act as a consultant during project engagements and bring value in every transactions

Requirements

• Education: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

• Certifications If Any: OCA Java 1.8 or above

• Experience Range: 7 - 10 Yrs

• Mandatory Skill:

• Strong experience with Java/J2EE (Java 8)

• Strong experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST), Messaging, Spring, Spring batch and other Spring related technologies

• Spring Framework (3.2 or higher a requirement, Spring 4.2 or higher is a nice-to-have)

• Spring packages used: Core / Web / WebMVC / JDBC / Transaction Management / JMS / AOP / Context / Test / WS / Security

• Experience with Hibernate

• Experience with Agile driven development

• Experience with test-driven development, placing a high value on modular design, unit testing and integration testing with JUnit

• Experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Services utilizing XML and/or JSON (binding libraries - jaxb, Jackson, gson, etc)

• Experience with Spring frameworks, including Spring Security

• Experience with Subversion, Maven, Nexus, Eclipse(or equivalent IDE)

• Experience with JBoss/Tomcat/Websphere application servers

• Experience with MQ (Websphere MQ or ActiveMQ)

• Experience with SQL (Oracle)

• Desired skills:

• Knowledge with any integration tool
