Position: Multi-Sector or Multi-function Head Hunter / Senior Recruitment Consultant (for our Executive Search & Recruitment Consulting practice)Location: Chembur, Mumbai - H.O.Remuneration: Decent Fixed Pay as per market standard; Plus Generous Performance based Incentive.
Role Profile & Responsibilities:
Based on the experience & expertise, you will be progressively assigned to work on the hiring for Top/ Senior/ Upper-Middle/ Middle level positions, in one or more of the following areas, e.g.:
> Board Members/Independent Directors, BoDs, Managing Directors, CEOs, CXOs, CFOs, Company Secretaries,
> Functional Directors, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Functional Heads
> Senior Corporate positions in Finance, Legal, Company Secretarial, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply-chain, IT, etc.
> Senior and Middle level positions in different industry sectors, Infrastructure & Construction, Industrial/ Manufacturing, Shipping & Logistics, Consumers, Financial / BFSI, Life-sciences, or Technology, etc.
You will be expected to recruit the most-suitable human talent for the assigned positions within tight turnaround time (TAT) and cost-budget advised by the clients. Unless you are already have experience in hiring for the top / senior level positions, you may initially start here with mid-level positions, and as you build some success, you will be progressively assigned higher positions - upper-middle, senior and top level positions to work on; and these come fairly quickly.
Qualification: Any Graduate (Any Specialization). Though not essential, those with Engineering / Business Management / MBA (HR) qualifications will have an advantage.
Other Qualities: Intelligent, inquisitive, confident, hardworking, self-motivated, persuasive, and presentable professional; with excellent English communication, interpersonal, convincing, interviewing, interpersonal and people skills; eye for detail; and enough confidence to interact with industry leaders and senior professionals.
Age: 25 to 35 years
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience with successful & demonstrable track record of achievements
in leadership hiring, or recruiting the senior/ upper middle level professionals in the executive search / recruitment industry. Successful candidate could be
either Recruitment Specialist in any particular industry/function; or may be versatile professional with broad-based multi-sectors/ multi-functions hiring expertise.Preference: Hands-on Recruiters mainly from the Head-Hunting/ Executive Search / Recruitment Consulting firms, with any sector/ function specialized experience or broad-based hiring experience in recruiting for niche / senior / middle level positions need to apply. Candidates with the Corporate HR generalist profile are usually not preferred, and may not apply please.

a. We prefer your expertise, if any, in:
> Hiring Leadership talent mostly for the niche positions, or for the Board / Top / Senior level professionals for corporate positions e.g. Board Members, BODs, MDs, Directors, CEOs, CXOs, CFOs, COOs, Presidents,
> Recruiting Vice Presidents, General Managers, or Functional Heads in the Corporate and other functions, like, Finance, Legal, Company Secretarial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Sales, etc., will be useful
> Hiring Senior / Middle level talent in Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Shipping & Logistics, Consumers/ FMCG, Life-sciences/ Pharmaceutical, and Financial/ BFSI Industry preferred.
b. Candidate should be result-oriented and capable of owning responsibility to deliver results within tight time schedule.
c. We prefer the candidates with stable career record, who have worked with only a few (1 to 3) employers.
d. Candidates living on the Central Line, In / around Thane, Harbour Line, Chembur, or Navi Mumbai side may find it more convenient to daily commute to work in our offices at Chembur, Mumbai
Note: Younger recruiters with lesser experience, or Fresh MBAs (HR), or Fresh Graduates, may be considered for Recruitment Consultant / Associate Consultant / Trainee roles depending on their profile.
