Profile: Sales Manager Location:Gurgaon Below is the brief information our company profile:
- A Bachelor's degree. B.Com would be preferable.
- 2 or more years' experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
- Good Computer Knowledge(MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel(Advance excel formula knowledge) and PowerPoint).
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, Logistics(Domestic & International), and regulations.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Candidate should be young(28 to 32 years old) with good academic scores, ready to learn.
#Role Description
- Responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction.
- Coordinator with Transporter / Courier services provider for prompt daily pickups and delivery of shipments.
- Providing continuous updates to customers throughout the shipping process and closely managing the customer relationship
- Respond to inquiries/escalation and query from our Internal Partner and customer
- Provide accurate feedback and close escalation and delight our Internal Partner and customer
- Follow-up on email for daily pickup, in transit, and delivery shipment.
- Share the POD / Acknowledgement email with internal Partner and customer
- Follow-up with every COD cheque from the Transporter/ Courier services provider and ensure it is submitted to our Account departments
- Keep the record of POD maintain month wise for all the Transporter / Courier services provider
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
