Job Description

Objective

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary objective is to lead, manage and motivate the team to achieve results and drive initiatives and interventions to impact business.
  • Ensure implementation of induction, refresher, skill based and other programs across the region
  • Facilitate training interventions across levels (functional behavioural &leadership)
  • Build strong stakeholder connect to understand training requirements and work towards fulfilment.
  • Ensure effectiveness of training implemented through feedback scores and productivity impact and provide reports to stakeholders & Head-L&D.
  • Drive productivity focussed interventions and deliver performance results
  • Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, field training curriculum, training assessments and role-play scenarios.
  • Drive digital learning process
  • Maintain and publish timely MIS and analytics
  • Coach and guide the team towards better facilitation and build on the development needs of the team
  • Additional responsibilities that may be required to be delivered due to change in process/product etc.
  • Continuously review and evaluate the processes, content, methodology etc. and suggest improvement ideas.

    Graduate/PG from a reputed institute with 10-15 years of experience

    Sales Training experience would be mandatory.
