Job Description

ABT FOODS has requirement for Area Sale Manager position in the following location. Candidate with 10+ years of experience in Dairy / FMCG Sales, should have minimum 3 years experience in handling a team at a managerial responsibility, shall apply for the position.

Find below the roles and responsibilities.

Monitor adherence to PJP of team members.
Responsible to meet primary sales volume against the given target.
Support Distributor appointment and management.
Design, recommend and operate market schemes / promotional programs.
Ensure performance behavior of SOs. to achieve targets
Proactively identify problem areas in channel management, retailer and customer related areas and address them on time.
Enforce discipline in timely collection of receivables and work closely with Accounts.
Closely monitor and report market performance to ensure target achievement and growth.
