Job Description

Synergy IT is looking for a technical support engineer with minimum 5 years experiences in Technical skills

-Windows servers and Active directory

-Microsoft Exchange server

- Microsoft Hyper-V

- Microsoft Azure, Cloud Solution Architect

- Microsoft Office 365

- VMware

- VeeAM backup

- SAN/NAS configuration & support

- Good TCP/IP networking skills

- Experience in configuring and supporting firewalls, wireless access points and switches

- Familiarity with Avaya IP Office

- Familiarity with Avast/Barracuda managed services platform

Other skills/requirements

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability/interest to learn new technology

- Ability to find solutions to technical problems

- Ability to work under pressure with multiple clients

- Documentation and reporting skills

- Availability to work weekends and after hours when needed

Experience in Information Security Management Systems and Information Security Governance, Understanding of IT Risk Management, incident response, malware management, vulnerability management, any IT security related certificates; such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA will be an asset.
