JOB DESCRIPTION OF PHARMACIST

Eligibility : B. Pharm

Required experience : 2 years

Number of Positions : 2( 1 for each PHC )

Place of posting : PHC dumka in Raikinari and PHC Pakbar in Jamtara

No. of working days: 6

Working hours: As per NHM Jharkhand

Shift : Day shift

Key Responsibilities :

• Supply of Drugs from Drug store and incharge of medical equipment.
• Local purchase of material and their repair.
• To dispense medicines, injections etc. to the patients.
• To maintain proper stock, expense register and to prepare hospital statistics.
• To raise annual demands, to ensure uninterrupted supply of medicines and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Any other work assigned by Medical officer/ HLFPPT
