Job Description

Responsible for managingCSRactivities at plant as per plan

Responsible for identifying needs of the nearby community

Budgeting and submitting for approval for annualCSRplans.

Implementation of plannedCSRactivities of the FY in phased manner

Responsible to have a mix of Livlihood, Health, Education, Infrastructure initiatives in every annualCSRplans.

Responsible for MIS onCSRactivities

To develop and sustain relationship with nearby community

To popularize Dalmia Foundation to nearby community

Liaison with Govt. revenue departments, Police, Fire, Health and other relevant departments to meet requirements of the plant

Operate as the bridge between plant and political persons, Public & village leaders
