Shift Work and Timing -Rotation basis (9:30 am to 6:30 pm, 1:30 am to 10:30 am)

Job Description

1. Experience 3 to 5 years, 2+ years in Azure cloud environment
2. Azure associate certified
3. Experience in Azure Services Configuration and Deployment
4. Good problem solving
5. Good customer communication
6. Flexible to work in different shift timings as require

7. Some understanding of AWS will be added plus

Responsibility

Responsible for administration, monitoring and maintenance of Azure server infrastructure.
Monitor and provision Azure environments and respond in accordance with client playbooks.
Conduct patching for Azure environments.
2nd or 3rd level support for customer tickets and troubleshoot accordingly.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, backup, and recover, performance tune and Windows environments
Documentation of customer environments and best practices.
Will be responsible for taking calls and updating tickets
