POSITION: Team Leader-Operations in Outbound and Inbound Sales ( Inside Sales ).

LOCATION: Bangalore

Business Hours: Day shift

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Meeting Productivity Targets
*Sticks to deadlines and timelines
*Set clear team goals
*Motivate team members
*Discover training needs and provide coaching
*Oversee day-to-day operation
*Manage teams with around 20+ FTEs
*Ensure smooth operations management
*Knowledge management, close procedures adherence, compliance adherence, reporting, etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
*Expected 2+ years of Team Lead experience catering to the international market - preferably from B2B lead generation /outbound/ Sales/retention Collection, etc.
*Metrics driven
*Excellent Team management skills
*Motivational along with strong work ethics to drive productivity
*Excellent verbal and written English
*Ability to work in Multi-cultural environments
*Excellent MS Office skills

EDUCATION: Undergraduate/Graduates/ Post Graduates.
