Job Description:
We are hiring TL-Operations
Hiring: Team leader experience with any BPO (On papers at least 1 Year)
Must have strong understanding on KPI/KRA
Team handling (15-25 People) has to be strong
Graduation/HSC is compulsory.
He / She must have good communication skills .
Must have outbound or inbound experience with dialing strategy like- Preview, Predictive and progressive mode. Must be knowing APR properly. Agent productivity report
Must have knowledge of leading team during Sabotage time.
Key Skills:
Should be very strong with inbound or outbound background.
Strong knowledge on concepts like Shrinkage (overall, planned, UL, WO).
Logics of shrinkage, attrition with formulae's
Good knowledge of AL, ABD, SL, OT.
Should have good experience in customer service domain.
Person should have worked in Inbound/outbound / blended process.
