Job Description

Junior Associate / Associate - Patent Docketing

Experience- 0 to 5 years (Freshers are also welcomed)

Location- Gurgaon / Gurugram

Education- Any Graduate

Requirement for Freshers -

Any graduate - candidate need not be necessarily from Science background;
Some exp./course in data entry or similar docket works is preferable;
Good command on computers and decent typing speed;
Good understanding on using internet and shortcuts on computers;
Excellent English and comprehension skills;
Some kind of IP training, course or interaction is preferable;
Candidate should stay in / nearby Gurgaon.

Requirement forExperienced -

Docketing deadlines entry, review, maintaining of records for different PTOs and Client Correspondence side;
Well versed with various IP software and databases such as ANAQUA, Foundation IP, IP Manager, PATTSY, CPI, Memotech, etc.;
Knowledge of USPTO, EPO and other foreign patent prosecution steps and timelines;
Well versed with IDS, Assignments, PTA, ADS, and other formal requisites;
QC of the processed volumes;
Data Validation;
Versed with client portfolio and communications management;
Deadline management - internal, client side, PTO side;
Escalations protocol and evaluation/revisions;
Dashboard review;
Imparting Trainings;
Reports generation and customizations;
Adaptability to new projects.
