Job Role :

Windows Server Administrator - Nine+ years of system administration experience

Also additional knowledge required in Linux and Network

Qualification :

Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science, preferred.

Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Windows +, e.g., CompTIA , Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)

Required Skill :

Active Directory Services / DNS / DHCP Implementation and design.

Active Directory replication and performance Skills

Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience (Domain/Tree Replication / Directory Services Issues/ Domain Trusts / Domain Controller Hardware and OS Support.

Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery

Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting

Monitoring of DNS Resolution / DNS zones.

Change and deletion of DHCP scopes

Fundamental networking knowledgeIP, WINS, routing etc.

Migration of Active directory.

In addition to the above the administrator will be looking at the following critical areas;

Crash / memory dump analysis

Active Directory Scripting technologies

Knowledge of hardware virtualization technologies

Working knowledge of Windows performance & memory troubleshooting

Working with 3rd party Active Directory Monitoring Tools like op manager / fresh desk etc.

Should have knowledge in Linux and Network
