Responsibilities:
Ensure High availability of customers' IT Infrastructure managed
Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools
Ensure compliance to agreed SOW's
Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer
Understand and follow SOP's ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA
Take initiatives in learning new Networking Technology & Tools
Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure
Assist in MIS & Dashboards
Work on system integration and build projects onsite and remote
Skill Profile:
Good Hands-On Experience in Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of Linux Operating Systems
Good Knowledge & experience on Back-up, Restore technologies
Good Administration Concepts, Event Log Monitoring ,Analysis, Troubleshooting and resolution methods on network applinces and Operating Systems
Experience on managing NTP, DHCP, DNS, and other network services
Strong proficiency in Linux management and scripting
Certification:
RHCE / Linux certification
Certified ITILv3 Foundation - Preferred
