Website Toolbox is looking forward to hire potential Customer Support Executive/s. This job role is a permanent full time job and will be 'Work from Home' on permanent basis.

The Roles:
- Assisting customers on cloud based software related queries via different channels - emails, calls, chats.
- Educating customers on new and upcoming features of software releases.
- Work with the quality and the development team to help iron out bugs on priority, if needed.
The Responsibilities:
- Quick and accurate handling of support communications across multiple channels.
- Communicate and empathize with all the levels of customers-executives, end users, and developers.
- Going the extra mile to follow-up with customers, ensuring issues are resolved and customers are not just satisfied, but delighted.
- Software testing, which includes reporting of defects and seeing them through to closure.
- Building relationships with other teams and groups to work together in solving problems and making improvements.
- Be equally eager to learn new stuff and to teach what you know.
- Willingness and ability to "dive right in", be effective and make a difference.
Key Experience:
- A strong understanding of web development technologies and concepts.
- Knowledge of JavaScript,HTML & CSS.
- Debugging skills using FireBug, Chrome development tools etc.
- Know web server administration (cnames, ssl, subdomains etc.)
