Finalization of accounts including interaction with auditors .

preparation and filing of TDS returns.

Sales Tax

Corporate Laws
Direct and Indirect Taxation

Ensuring statutory compliance
Ensuring complete compliance with respect to all aspects of accounts
Generating Accounts related MIS for the management
Liaisoning with banks
