Female who has a flair for speaking, knows how to do marketing over the call, professional & a pleasing tone who builds the conversation & take it to the next level. Good telephone etiquette, knowledge of General insurance is a huge plus.

Required Candidate profile

Manage performance of overall system, provide monitoring of dropped calls, abandoned rates to optimize call handling processes, able to do telemarketing on call. Follow up on the leads with the department heads & keeping a track of business converted
