We need International Customer care executive for our travel Process (myflightsearch.com)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling Email cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations) for (Travel)
- Offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business
- Selling Air, Hotel, Reservation and Vacation Packages to customers where ever required.
- Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries/ date change / cancellations.
- Maintaining First Time Resolution.
- Achieving a response time in accordance with set Company guidelines and requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.( verbal & written)
- Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel Process
- Ability to work under pressure
- Candidate should be flexible for 24*7 shifts.
