We are seeking Customer care associates for our International travel BPO in Gurgaon - (www.myflightsearch.com)
Name of Position - Customer Care Associate
Number of Positions - 30JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
- To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, requests etc
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
- Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Maintaining daily statistics and accurate record of discussion with customers
- First Call Resolution.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must have 1 year experience in international Travel BPO.
- Working knowledge of Amadeus / Saber (Will be a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 environment. (Rotational Shift/offs)
