Assistant Training Manager Position Description: The Assistant Training Manager position is a part of the dedicated training dept. for the client process at Aegis.
Position Overview: Manage the training dept. & training staff Key Result Areas: New hire life cycle management: Help support & manage our new hire needs (on boarding & integration, knowledge transfers, new hire evaluation & testing, certification & performance). Help plan new hire training, monitor/validate training efficiencies or systems and manage new hire performance. Help drive client specified targets (Ex: Through put %, DSAT etc.) In order to support the various training needs. Liaise between the various internal/external functions to create/implement various learning solutions. Trainer performance & development: Able to train/develop training staff on ways to enhance knowledge transfer, delivery skills and new hire output. Conduct/add to periodic trainer observations & development discussions. Help build or create sustainable trainer improvement/development coaching & mentoring processes. Content development and creation: Able to create/design training documents such as facilitator/participant guides, hand-outs, quick reference sheets etc Able to convert client update, process information into training usable or support content.
