Job Description

Should have 2+ years of relevant experience
Listen & respond to customers' needs and concern
Provide information about product and services we provide.
Make changes to customer account whenever required (address, Concern person , contact details)
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Responsible for preparing aging report circle wise
Preparing MIS of processed and pending vendor service payment from client.
Maintain track of Service Invoice and match with Contract Agreements, Purchase Order.
Maintaining MIS of Data Collation & Compilation Analysis Data
Coordinating and managing all Database Responsibilities.
Visiting customer place for AMC / Pending payments of service.
Assisting Sales - Sharing Quotes maybe also fixing an appointment.
Excellent communication.
Basic knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
