1.Demonstrated record of success or achievement in sales positions.
2.Practical business understanding to help define the appropriate sales model to deliver results, having demonstrated strong business acumen and professionalism.
3.Prior experience affording the individual a broad business perspective, as well as the ability to anticipate critical issues for the organization.
4.Track record of success in identifying and implementing Best In Class management processes as it relates to the development of sales organization
5.Strong operational experience with high emphasis on analytics and field sales management discipline, which was developed by having leadership experience across multiple range of product lines.
6.Experience with other market-leading Healthcare sector companies.
7.Experience working in other organizations that can effectively manage change, and has the ability to identify steps that need to be taken in order to execute decisions.
8.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word and Outlook and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
9.Knowledge to Participate in Government Tenders

Experience and Education Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Advanced degree preferred.
3.A minimum of 3-5 years capital sales management experience in the medical device industry.
4.Demonstrate record of success or achievement in sales positions.
5.Must have a valid drivers license and Passport
6.Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
7.Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
8.CRM experience from the user perspective.
9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
