Job Description
Daily work planning, fixing appointments, arranging meeting, calls and video conference.
Handling of confidential correspondence, screening telephone calls, attending visitors and directing various queries to relevant departments.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Arranging and coordinating travel and managing all related essential tasks.
Maintaining records, writing minutes of the meetings, corresponding with external & internal clients.
Handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal/ external departments for smooth functioning of the organization.
MIS- Preparing reports, presentations and managing regular and reporting needs.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
