Job description
Primary Role
1 Preparing IT Requirement document as per the functional need.
2 Drafting & ongoing updation of the Process Documents.
3 Preparation and ongoing updation of the Process Manuals & System Manual and ensuring its communication & availability to all the concerned parties.
4 Assisting in training & knowledge updation of the functional teams w.r.t. the Processes & its implementation & for IT solutions and its application & usage .
Secondary Role
1 Coordinate with internal / external parties for required input/ information for smooth functioning overall project
2 Ensuring timely completion of UAT for system developments
3 Stakeholder management for IT /system works between multiple Functional, Product & IT Teams.
