About the Role - You will :
Be responsible for end to end project management activities in Seagate's cloud storage product design
Manage project schedule and resolve roadblocks to solve project issues and team problems
Foster good relationships with all the stakeholders for the project s / program s success
Incorporate the current good project management practices within the teams and extended teams
Facilitate effective collaboration with the global team of development professionals
Work with the internal Seagate team, its customers and the object store industry to develop a resilient and high performing storage platform
About You
Seasoned Engineering Program Manager with experience of Delivering Enterprise class software
Project management skills in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks
Good risk management and right escalation skills
Good communication skills written and oral
Presentation skills to senior leadership teams
Good interpersonal skills with all the stakeholders like fellow team members and development managers
Quick learner in adapting new technologies
Awareness of software development processes and practices
Knowledge of software development life-cycle
Exposure to functional groups related to engineering like development, documentation and release engineering
Your Experience Includes:
Development of software roadmaps, produce software development schedules and release plans to realize the product goals
Deep expertise in MS Project, Excel, PPT and similar tools
Expertise in Enterprise class software projects delivery
Working with software industry, managing project schedule and handling roadblocks smoothly
Managing project schedule and delivery risks
