Job Description

Minimum 3 years of prior experience of working in Business Development activities undertaking EOI, RFP and SRS development and writing responses independently in e-Governance domain. Experience of working on GEM Portal, e-Governance project, delivery and management will be preferred.

Job Description:
Identify business opportunities related to e-Governance consulting / Software development and Implementation / System Integration / IT Advisory from various sources like newspapers, government tender portals, private tender sites, NGO/ Agency websites and others sources.
Checking feasibility of the opportunities for projects.
Knowledge of GEM Portal.
Lead pre-sales activities and bid process management.
Meet top Government Officials for business meetings and incubating business opportunities.
Identifying and develop the companys unique business development propositions and differentiators by using the knowledge of market and competitors.
Interact within and outside the team to assimilate necessary details w.r.t. the eligibility criteria.
Leading end to end sales cycle ( Lead generation to closure issuance of Work Orders)
Prepare technical presentations in line of technical requirements of RFP. Develop standard methodologies for Government Process re-engineering (GPR) software development, e-Governance consulting, system integration and other related e-Governance assignments.
Develop negotiation strategies and position by studying new opportunities/projects.
Create and manage database of e-Governance consultants and partner organizations across India and internationally.
Liaising with internal project teams, external organizations and individual consultants for facilitating project consortium and team formation.
Prepare MIS reports for Central Business Development team & Management.
Understanding of broad range of IT terminology and e-Governance concepts.
Client Service Delivery.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of latest IT tools and system.
A go-getter attitude with the zeal to learn.
Analytical bent of mind with excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to manage client across the Globe.
Ability to work under Multi-stakeholder projects.
