Job Description

** Job location is in Singapore. We invite suitable candidates with the relevant experiences to apply. Candidates who are not prepared to work overseas need not apply. **

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new hardware/ embedded product development and substance engineering for existing released products.
Manage a team of electrical hardware engineers, resources allocation, team budget
Develop product development plans and roadmap
Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders; Engineering, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Project Management and Quality.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in hardware / embedded product development.
Experience in designing and developing hardware in digital design, power supplies and analog circuit.
Have experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and complex/large hardware development projects
Have strong people management and organization skills, with min 5 years of managerial experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and complex/large hardware development projects.
