Required skills & experience:

• Solid experience in administrating and upgrading Tableau Server Cluster 5+ years.

• Experience of Tableau 2018.3.x and 2019.1 beneficial.

• Solid experience in code promotion/migration

• Solid experience in programming skillset in Python, REST.

• Windows Batch, Linux BASH with experience using Tableau Server Client Python SDK, Document API, Extract API, REST API.

• Experience with automating server build an configurations.

• 5. Experience in Tableau Desktop and Prep development lifecycle.

• Experience in using TabJolt for load /stress testing on environments.

• Experience in using TabMigrateTabjolt, Tabmon, TabViewer, Silent Installer, Web Data Connector.

• Experience in certificate management and PKI

• Experience in Windows server management 2012+

• Experience in Git

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)

Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills)

• Experience in either Splunk OR ElasticSearch and Kibana.

• Exposure to C# or Java.

• Has completed Tableau Server Administration and Server Architecture courses.

• Agile practitioner in SDLC & Dev Ops. TDD, JIRA, Team City SONAR, ARM etc.

Job Description: Tableau Developer
Location : Bangalore / Chennai

• At least 4+ years of overall experience in web development and maintenance.

• Experience in Tableau desktop & server SSRS & SSIS.

• Experience in Power BI.

• Knowledge on Dot Net 3.5, ASP.net 3.5 and above,MVC.

• Knowledge of Jquery, Javascript, CSS, C#, SQL server 2008 above.

• IIS, reporting services with hand on experience.

• Knowledge in csv and excel fomats

• Sound experience in an application production support environment

• Development and support management skills (like design, data modelling).
