Java Technical Project Manager For R&D @ SopraBanking

Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Will be involved in technical discussions related to the project/product.

-Help team members in technical reviews.

-Manage E2E deliveries on time, on budget within scope and with quality.

-Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

-Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

-Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

-Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

-Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

-Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.

-Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

Competencies:

-Strong Technical capability

-Good understanding of Agile methodologies

-Strong interpersonal skills and work effectively with team members

-Should be able to collaborate with people at various levels.

-Analytical & functional acumen.

-Business orientation.

-Good verbal and written communication (ENGLISH).

Must have:

-BE/BTech (Full Time)

-Hands on experience in Java, J2EE and related technologies

-Experience of working in Agile driven development model.

-Experience in setting up Dev Ops processes for large projects including CI, CD and testable infrastructure as code.

Good to have:

-Microservices, event-driven and distributed architecture.

-Experience of working on cloud environment i.e. AWS, Azure.
