About Company : Claims cart is an insurance investigation company who works with most prominent Insurance companies across India .
Job Location Delhi NCR, Meerut (UP), Agra (UP), Lucknow (UP), Kanpur (UP), Allahabad (UP), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Udaipur (Rajasthan), Ludhiana (Punjab), Amritsar (Punjab), Haridwar (UT), Haldwani (UT), Surat (Gujrat), Ahmedabad (Gujrat), Bhopal (MP), Indore (MP), Guwahati (Assam), Ranchi (Jharkand), Kolkata (Bengal), Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)
- A field executive travels to hospital and Insureds locations as the representative of company and collects all required document.
- Ensures all Medical / proof documents, such as ICP, Medicine Bills, Hospital bills, Patient statement etc. are collected.
- Scan and upload documents following set procedures.
- Investigate and survey the location of the Insured to verify the facts of the claims submitted for the company.
- Timely submission of collected documents to the company along with necessary proofs.
- This is totally remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Primarily your focus should be on the finding the authenticity of the claim submitted by the Insured.
- This particular job role demands you to travel either to hospitals or insured or at other locations to collect the documents deemed necessary for claiming the amount for the policy.
- Carry out investigations on the submitted claims by the insured on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
- Must also carry out a survey to figure out the authenticity of the claims.

- Should be competitive and confident.
- Should be focused on delivering the best for their company
- He/She should be smart with verbal communication in native language and able to read English .
- Ability to email and run mobile app.
- Creative Ability to work under pressure
- Having a Smart Phone and a two wheeler is must for this profile.
Educational Qualifications
There are no restrictions with the requirement for a field representative as the right set of attitude is the most important thing you will need to do this job. However, candidates holding a graduate degree will most likely get the job in this field.
Salary
The average salary for a Field Executive is Rs. 3.00 - 3.25 lacs per year.
