To have deep knowledge to make excel and word files.
To maintain all data accurately.
Strong review mechanism, reporting back status of all work assigned.
Strong follow up and calling back to provide feedback.
Capturing minutes of various meetings and circulating to participants after approval.
Coordination with different teams as and when required to get work done.
Maintain records in file and ensure it is available whenever required.
Schedule meetings, events, conference calls and activities.
Manage travel booking, web check-in, etc.
To do any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
Very good command over written and spoken English.

Skills Required:
Should be Graduate. (Female candidates preferred for this role)
Good working knowledge in MS Word & Internet.
Should have pleasing personality.
Good written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is a must)
