1. Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch.
2. Direct all branch level operational activities
3. Assessing local market conditions
4. Ensuring strong follow up

Required Candidate profile

Great leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills.
At least two years of experience in management, finance, sales or a relevant business role.
