Managing overall Accounts Payable Function (Expenses and Capex).

Key areas of responsibility:

Ensuring proper accounting of Expenses and Capex.
Cross functional communication for monthly provisions.
Weekly Payment schedule preparation.
Preparation of Monthly schedule for MIS purpose.
Employee reimbursement processing and accounting.
Vendor reconciliation.

Personal Attributes Required:

Knowledge of Expenses and Capex accounting.
4-6 years of experience required.
Good communication skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Basic taxation knowledge.
Understanding of P to P (Purchase to payment) Cycle.
Must be well versed with basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
