Key Responsibilities:- The role demands first-rate organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication and an analytical mind. The ability to focus and a keen eye for detail are essential to ensure that we maintain accuracy and a high quality of output
- The role would suit individuals with good written and research skills, high levels of self- motivation, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to understand the dynamics of the industry so as to have informed conversations with its players
- Analytical thinking is required to enable him / her to structure and guide research and manage the project internally
- The role requires proper selection of team members through interviews
- The role requires training new employees and responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the team members
- The role requires proper quality analysis of the work done by team members and timely feedback mechanism
- This is a position where in the selected candidate will be responsible for initiating, executing and delivering quality private equity research for the client
- The role requires continuous client communication with the UK counterparts
- Building and maintaining written and data-driven profiles of investors and managers in private markets (alternative assets) for publication on online products
- Using online sources, including company/investor websites, SEC filings and news sources to maintain up to date and accurate intelligence
- The role requires preparing various reports like productivity reports team reports
- The role would be to use both qualitative quantitative techniques; hence the potential candidate must have experience in both the research techniques.
- 5 years of overall experience with 3-4 years experience in Private Equity research / Investment research
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Team handling Direct Client Coordination.
- A working knowledge of and interest in financial research services would be a distinct advantage. The potential to quickly grasp the dynamics of the private equity industry is also required
- Should possess advance excel knowledge
- A candidate with an aptitude of out-of-box thinking an approach towards taking initiative will be given preference
- Must have a valid passport, since international travel is required
- A candidate with onsite work experience will be preferred.
