Shift timings: 9 hours between (9:00am to 9:00pm)

Monthly incentives upto 12,000
Weekly Off 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)

About Process :Call up parents and brief them about White Hat Junior Company and its online Coding courses
Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids
Discuss Child's performance and try to convert them into enrolment
Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, SMS, calls
Enrol kids for a week long free Demo course / Paid course

Requirement: Excellent verbal communication, listening, convincing and presentation skills (Voice Select Quality)
Basic Computer Knowledge required
Education :HSC / Graduates / MBA / BE / Btech / Bsc. IT withminimum 6 months of Sales experience (Experience into Education Counselling will be an advantage)

Shift timings 1am to 10am (Fixed)
12 hours per day Saturday and Sundays working, and usual working hours on weekdays
