Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Analysis of requirements (functional and technical)

• Design and development of GUI and its corresponding business treatment

• Testing and bug-fixing

Contributing Responsibilities

• Work with business analysts/users to understand requirements.

• Perform detailed technical analysis with impacts (technical/functionally) and design for GUI, server side and the database

• Develop, test and provide support during implementation

• Bug fixing performance optimization (PL/SQL)

• Mentor and carry out code reviews of junior members on the team

Technical Behavioral Competencies

• Good in Core Java, SQL.
• Ability to understand the problem scenarios quickly and to provide reactive solutions.
• Approaching the issue in a positive way.
• Listening and Learning skills are good and helps in providing better support.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed University with a good background of software development with a minimum IT experience of 5+ years.
