Position : Permanent with MNC Client

Location : Noida,Pune,Mumbai

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days (We canalso manage Buyout of completenotice period ifPossible to do soif you can join immediately)

Job Describition:

• Should have more than 5-7 years of IT experience specific Enterprise Tools
• Deep understanding of Event Management tools & AIOps
• Strong understanding on Moogsoft Architecture
• 3+ years of extensive experience on Moogsoft AIOps and development.
• Supported multiple projects through implementation, configuration & integration
• Well versed with ITSM workflow & ITIL.
• Good exposure in scripting languages like JavaScript, Perl, Python etc. with hands-on exp. on Linux, Database
• Exposure of Implementing, configuring and managing heterogeneous monitoring solutions to ensure end-to-end functionality for monitoring, event management, auto-ticketing and automation
• Should be able to act as single point of contact with customer
• Provide on-call support during customer and support Moogsoft developers (Cookbooks and recipes)
• Plan, test, implement and support the Moogsoft platform through major releases
• Customize dashboard and workflow engines, LAMs
• Good understanding of log scrapping, elastic search concepts, HA concepts
• Experience in working with MoogSoft SaaS instances for upgrades and disaster recoveries
• Mentoring new team members
