Summary Experience: 5 years Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad Compensation: Discussed during interview Education: UG - B.Tech/ B.E. (Plastics) PG - {Preferred} Industry Type: Film extrusion Role: Production Manager Functional Area: Production, Maintenance, Quality control Candidate profile Min. 5 years experience with degree in plastics/ polymer engineering. Candidate should have experience preferably in sheet/ film extrusion and worked in production management experience. Roles and responsibilities Responsible for efficient operation and management of production with emphasis on productivity, quality and cost effectiveness. Continuous monitoring of line and its various parameters. Responsible for achieving optimum productivity on production floor and ensure production schedule and targets are met on daily basis Liase with customers on their requirements & quality issues. Maintaining the documents as per QMS and ISO standards Managing and supervising a team of Production Operators/ Executives. Maintaining the day- to- day reports/ MIS regarding quality, materials, parameters etc and report to management To troubleshoot any line down or product quality matters Prepare a Preventive Maintenance scheduleJob Classification
