*Generate Retail Health business through Agents in the assigned territory
*Identifying and Recruiting Potential Health Agents on regular basis
*Managing the Health Agents Team & Tracking Activation of Agents regularly
*Handling the Health Retail Products like Health, P.A. & Travel.
*Train & Motivate the agents/advisors and ensuring their productivity.
*Drive them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement.
