Job Description

• Possessing Key Expertise in Tooling Development, Part Developments for automobile parts with APQP, PPAP approval for New Product
  
• To ensure correct methods of new / existing casting
  
• Responsible for New Development of All type of child parts in Casting
  
• To select and develop suppliers for new products in sand casting
  
• To ensure the quality of casting parts in terms of dimensional quality
  
• Should be adept at new product development and manufacturing processes of Auto / Auto ancillary components
  
• Should have basic Design Knowledge
  
• Should have good communication both oral and written to address client queries in a professional way
  
• Candidate must have knowledge about Graded Casting, SG Iron/ CI in regards to metallurgy
  
• Should be ready to travel extensively across Gujarat, Punjab Haryana and UP for vendor development/client meetings
  
• Should have sourcing knowledge along with good exposure to avenues for negotiating cost with vendors
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in development & procurement of casting parts is preferred
