Job Description

Responsible for entire Manpower deployment for requirement
Responsible for employee documentation perfectly as required by management.
Appointing manpower when we required all pan India, As per Budget need to
deploy the manpower as given in client site.
You are responsible for fulfilling all client requirements on a daily basis.
To be present at the site and attend to complaints, faults whenever required.
To be at the site during emergencies and handle the situation.
Site visit is required as per manpower deployment by you in a month.
Sourcing of Manpower and place them wherever required in the given time.
Grooming Standard Need to Maintain in Site
On daily basis report your activities to your head of the department and maintain the Coordinate
with Office team for fixing the Salary as per the Break up for the site manpower.
On daily basis report your activities to your head of the department and maintain the site visit
report.
Any other assignment as and when given by the management.
