Business Development Executive ( Casa)- Banking Industry- Gujarat

Job Location:Baroda, Rajkot,Jamnagar,Nadiad,Himmatnagar,Bhuj,Palanpur, Bhav Nagar( Only From
Banking,Insurance and Muthoot Fin Gold Loan, Max Hike on current 15%, Age 32 yr Max)
CTC: Upto 4.00 Lpa
Position Requirements:
Qualification:Any UG,PG Not Compulsory
Work Experience:1 - 6 years
Job Description:
To acquire new customers Current/Saving accounts (CASA),Term Deposit , Recurring Deposit ,
Loan products && third party products like Insurance & Mutual funds by Referral, Marketing,
Pamphlet distribution, Visiting and meeting Shopkeepers, Professional like doctor, lawyers.
Adherence to the process for new CASA and Cross sell , adhering to KYC Norms ,adherence to
the laid down systems and procedures in business and collections , completion on no. of
accounts sourcing, hooks in terms of mobile banking, internet banking.
Movement of CASA Forms, Service Inquiry to the existing and related products && services of
customers, adherence to process.
Enhance the existing relationship with customers by analyzing his/her needs, deepening of the
book value.
Achieve the monthly sales targets.
