Job Description
Good knowledge of BIM and CAD Domain essentials for project setup, work-sharing, work-set management, clash detection, procedures and project delivery.
Should be strong in MEP installation/ design practices related to Buildings. Should have good understanding of project specifications, design reports, schedules, MEP, Architectural and Structural Drawings. Candidate should have good knowledge of codes and standards of MEP Installation practices in Middle East, US and UK.
Ensure all required level of information with respect to detailing, design specs, standards and agreed multi-disciplinary requirements are incorporated.
Experience of preparation of check lists for project deliveries and working with it.
Good Understanding of estimation of projects costs, project schedules and deliveries.
Should have managed team of at least 15 people and should have experience in delegation of works to the staff.
Should have managed Quality Assurance practices and Projects Deliveries.
Should be Good in English and have done Clients Communication (emails and calls
