Urgently Required Front Office Executive / Patient Care Coordinator for a premier Hospital in Noida.

Exp.- 1-3 years of work experience.

Must have Hospital Front Office experience.

Willing to work in shifts.

Job Description:

The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Front Office.
To greet incoming patients or their representatives and to record complete information required for registration and admission.
Provide information directly to the patient or on the telephone. For e.g. explaining rates, charges, services, discounts (if any) and hospital policy.
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time

Qualification- Any Graduate in Any Specialization.
