JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overall IT Staffing Business, Statement of Work based business & IT Solutions Services for South and East region. He/She will be responsible for promoting and selling our offerings to the Global Market via ManpowerGroup global entities. Primary responsibility will be to direct, promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will help achieve company's mission, objective and goals. Developing, maintaining and improving organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation and maximize profitability. Also, keeping in mind to create a positive brand image for customers, market and business community.

This role would require practical & proven experience in areas of Sales & Client Management, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Business Development, Key Account Management, Vendor Management and Training.

Framing and executing new initiatives, people management, strategic planning, detailed task & resource planning will be crucial part of this role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Management Degree with atleast 14 years' experience in managing India IT staffing business ONLY.

2) Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with exposure to analytical, assessment & presentation Skills
