We are urgently hiring Freelance IT recruiters for our own organization.

Job description:

# We need a Freelance IT Recruiter who can work on complex IT positions as and when we have it from our clients
# will get 30% Revenue Share on Closure, Joining, and after 3 months of joining.
# Work from Home anywhere in India
# NO FIXED SALARY, Payment will be on revenue sharing basis

Required Candidate profile

# Worked in Sourcing and assessing IT candidates for complex positions at middle & senior management

# Excellent Communication Skill in English is a MUST

# Can be located anywhere in India as its a WFH

Candidate should have their own laptop and internet connection. If candidates have their own portal access will be an added advantage.
